(EI) offers the Internet's leading environment RSS newsfeeds to allow other websites and information services to link to relevant environment news stories, commentary and links gathered and linked by Ecological Internet. News, blog and link feeds are provided free of charge for use by individuals and non-profit organizations for personal, non-commercial uses and in accordance with this site's disclaimer and conditions for use.
Simply, EI's environment newsfeed is the most complete, frequently updated and best on the Internet. EI's newsfeeds provide not only summaries and links to the best current global news, the feeds also provide information on permanent archiving, regional and country locators, and keywords for searching for further information. Our intent is users will find new and exciting ways to use the feed to facilitate environmental conservation.

All of Ecological Internet's environmental web portal have link collections that feature the ability to download and/or view a given category's listings in RSS/XML format. Here is an example of the ClimateArk's Global Warming category - note the "View as RSS/XML" option on the dark horizontal menu bar on the top of the page.
A RSS feed is generally not read in a web browser like a web page. Rather a special piece of software called a "News Aggregator
" is used, allowing multiple RSS feeds in an easy fashion. Aggregators are included in many newer web browsers and are available for download.
